I need to lose weight !!!!!!!!!
February- 10 pounds
March- 10 pounds
April - 10 pounds
May- 10 pounds
totals= 40 pounds- This is my goal
That's like 2.5 pounds a week ..... it's doesn't sound healthy but I have to. I am going to try a lifestyle change not a diet because I do not believe in those.
I need to look good in this.
Which is reasonable... I like simple colors . maybe in a black....
I just have workout and eat right.
I am not the type of person that likes to be controlled on what
I eat. So I will do is that I will have a
Breakfast- small - nothing too big. Some tea and crackers or a banana with cereal.
Lunch- middle- size , a lot of greens
Dinner- maybe some rice and beans .
I am on a dance team which is sad that I weight like this...
but hi...
